Zoe Ball has revealed her shocking body transformation after undergoing a Brazilian treatment that can melt inches off your waist in just one hour.

The presenter, 54, stunned fans this week when she shared pictures on Instagram of her stomach from before and after a £120 lymphatic drainage massage in London.

The procedure, which Zoe undertook to help with her menopause weight gain, is loved by A-listers including Kim Kardashian, Hailey Bieber, Selena Gomez and Jennifer Aniston.

Zoe, who quit her job hosting the BBC Radio 2 Breakfast Show at the end of year, has opened up in the past about trying to manage age-related changes to her body.

She shared the results of her latest treatment, prompting one skeptic to suggest she was ‘just breathing in’. Zoe was quick to reply: ‘I’m not, I promise.’

TV presenter Gaby Roslini couldn’t hide her surprise, commenting: ‘Wow! I so need that,’ while Texas singer Sharleen Spiteri echoed: ‘Bl***y hell! I need that!’

Zoe’s practitioner, Sophie Yerby, describes herself as ‘an award-winning body contourist.’

In 2019, she revealed she was doing intermittent fasting to try and shed her holiday weight.
