Marvel has just confirmed that Miles Morales will be getting a Spider-Man suit that will be made from the indestructible metal known as vibranium, which is supposedly sourced from Wakanda. Much like the original Spider-Man in the form of Peter Parker, Miles Morales has what many consider to be his most iconic suit, but that doesn’t mean that there have been many appearances of it throughout various arcs in the comics. Miles Morales has also changed from time to time, but one way or another he always returns to the most recognizable suit.

This time, as fall approaches, Miles Morales will don another new suit that hails from the most technologically advanced nation in the Marvel Universe. Marvel has already released the official covers for Miles Morales: Spider-Man #25 and Miles Morales: Spider-Man #26, which will be published in October and November. This could all be a consequence of the events seen in Blood Hunt. This vampire-centric event focused on a Blade who was possessed by Varnae, which turned Miles Morales into a vampire as part of a substantial change in his legacy as a hero.

With the help of Bloodline, Miles Morales is learning to adapt to this new normal, but the need for that extra protection that vibranium can offer may soon arise. As of now, there is no official confirmation that allows us to confirm why Marvel is giving Miles Morales a vibranium suit and the true need for having given it to him.

There’s also the question of who is the main culprit behind the design of this suit made for Miles Morales. From what’s been shown so far, this version of Spider-Man just had a run-in with Marvel’s newest Avenger, Storm, in Miles Morales: Spider-Man Annual #1, and she was Black Panther’s wife. It’s all up to speculation for now, but details about this new Spider-Man suit should be released over the next few months.

Miles Morales: Spider-Man #25 and Miles Morales: Spider-Man #26 are coming this fall.
