Singer-songwriter Destiny Rogers has teased a possible collab with Blackpink star Lisa! The TOMBOY crooner shared that the duo will definitely be releasing something ‘one day.’

Destiny Rogers teases collab song with Blackpink’s Lisa

During a recent interview, Destiny Rogers spilled the beans about her friendship with Lisa. For the unversed, the duo became close after Lisa used Destiny’s track TOMBOY in one of her dance films. The Blackpink star’s cover boosted the song’s popularity and Destiny ended up reaching out to Lisa to thank her.

Praising the Money rapper for her down to Earth personality, Destiny said, “She’s so sweet. She has one of the best hearts because you meet women celebrities and they’re usually not that great. They say never meet your idols, but with Lisa…she my number one. She’s one of my favourite celebrity in this industry.”

The singer-songwriter also hinted as a possible collab with the rapper. When asked if she’d be working with Lisa in the future, Destiny simply shred, “There will definitely be something.”

On the work front

Following her departure from YG Entertainment last year, Lisa launched her solo label LLOUD in February 2024. The rapper made her return to the music scene after three years with ROCKSTAR on June 28. Earlier this year, she had shared her plans to release a solo album by the end of this year. Aside from working on music, Lisa is also all set to make her acting debut. The Blackpink star will be making an appearance in The White Lotus season 3. The highly awaited HBO series is reportedly set to release in early 2025.

As for Destiny Rogers, the singer-songwriter released her album Still Your Girl in May this year.
