Todos nuestros adorables perros son rescate. Pikelet se salvó del corredor de la muerte con solo 5 semanas de edad y se unió a nuestra familia. No solo era bueno con nuestros cachorros adoptivos, sino que era bastante increíble. Vinculándose casi de inmediato, Pikelet tiene una habilidad especial para dar la bienvenida a los cachorros huérfanos y enseñarles a cuidar.
Más tarde, un cachorro más, Patty Cakes, se unió a nuestra familia. Era un alma vieja en un cuerpo de cachorro de mezcla de raza toro blando y perfectamente adorable.
En marzo de este año, se nos ofreció una vez más la oportunidad de fomentar para Wollongong Animal Rescue Network. Solo que esta vez no serían cachorros huérfanos los que estaríamos adoptando, ¡sino dos patitos huérfanos! Pingüino

March this year we were once again offered the opportunity to foster for Wollongong Animal Rescue Network
Only this time it wasn’t orphaned puppies we would be fostering, it was two baby orphaned ducklings!

They have a lot of adoption interest and it’s looking like they’ll be off to a new forever home in just over a week
Patty decided right there on the spot that these babies needed him
And so he took them under his ‘wing’ and became Mr. Mum!
Pikelet no estaba tan contento con los recién llegados, pero pronto lo superó y se hizo amigo de los patitos.
Patty & Pikey take a lot of pride and care with their day to day duck duties
They eat, sleep and play together
And we even visit the small harbour dog beach where everyone can enjoy a swim together on really hot days
Since becoming a little famous, this foursome have featured in newspapers around the world
